As Chief People & Culture Officer, Amy Bruyea leads the Human Resources function at HomeEquity Bank and is responsible for advancing the Bank’s people strategy, culture, talent development, and employee experience.
Amy is a seasoned financial services and human resources executive with more than 20 years of experience leading teams and supporting business growth. Prior to joining HomeEquity Bank, she held senior Human Resources and Operations leadership roles at Filogix Inc., Paradigm Quest, and Home Trust & Fairstone Bank, where she most recently served as Chief People Officer.
Throughout her career, Amy has built strong teams, developed leaders, and fostered cultures that enable both people and businesses to thrive.
Amy holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resources.
